VSUN SOLAR launches VSUN545-144BMH-DG which adopts 182mm bifacial cells, brings higher power output up to 545W and module efficiency up to 21.32%.
VSUN545-144BMH-DG is based on 182mm large cell format. 10 Busbar design shortens the length of finger sections in further synergy with round ribbon interconnection, achieving minimum resistance loss and maximum power output up to 545W. Meanwhile, the latest damage-free laser cutting technology drastically reduced the risk of bifacial cell breakage, enhancing the module reliability. The latest micro gap technology further boosts the module performance up to 21.32% efficiency by reducing the cell gap down to 0.5mm.
Integrated with bifacial technology, VSUN545-144BMH-DG not only captures front incident light, but also makes efficient utilization of reflection and scattering light on the back side. Snow, sand and environments with high surface albedo enable the full potential of module performance by yielding 30% extra energy production from the rear side. The module has outstanding energy production capability as well as excellent performance in low light condition.
With better performance, VSUN545-144BMH-DG largely reduces the cost such as trackers, inverters, and labor cost in utility scale plants, minimizes LCOE by more than 2% and bring higher power generation gain to the project.
